I know a few people here are decent with computers, can anyone tell me what the heck this means? It'll pop up about once every 10min while I'm on the internet. Just started doing it.

    google found this:

I was getting the error message: “Delayed Write Failed” “Windows was unable to save all the data…” etc.
I solved this problem by going into Start – Programs – Administrative Tools - Computer Management – Storage - Disk Management.
[I found the same program via Start- Settings - Control Panel - Admin Tools. etc.]
In the upper part of the Computer Management window, right click on each of your hard drives in turn and select “Change drive letter and path”. Select Edit, [don't actually change anything] and then click OK in the “Edit Drive Letter or Path” window.
Next, go to the lower portion of the Computer Management window, right click on the gray box for each of your peripheral drives (CD Rom, Zip drive, etc.), and repeat the procedure. Close all the windows and the problem should by fixed. You may have to reboot - I don’t remember if I had to reboot or not.
[I re-booted just to be sure - got the message once more as I re-booted then bingo! Gone - I hope!]

also, updating/reinstalling drivers may fix it, if that solution doesn't.

Looks like Nod32 is relaying back a false positive on your Winlogon.exe.

Winlogon.exe is used to load profiles for when you login to your computer. Most anti-viruses will pick it up as a false positives. Just tell Nod32 that it's a trust-worthy file. Of course there are cases of there being a Winlogon.exe virus, but it wouldn't be in the exact System32 folder as the real one, because it would replace it, then you wouldn't be able to load your profile.

On the Google Chrome note, here is the fix:

    Travis:it means switch to Opera.
