I haven't enjoyed Conan as much since he switched to The Tonight Show, but am very interested to see how this situation works itself out. NBC gone and dun' mess'd up!

Conan crushes Leno. I can't believe they still want to hold on to that guy. He's terrible.

The ratings say the exact opposite.

I like Leno, but like Conan more. And I think that Letterman blows. ANd all of those other jokers (jimmy fallon, carson daily, etc) is no good either.

Fact is this - Lenos ratings were higher than Lettermans.
Now Conans ratings are down (if I remember correctly) 30% from what Leno was doing.
America loves Leno, NBC knows it, they want to make money.

To me, Leno isn't funny not even one bit. I think the way he delivers jokes ruins them. If conan told the same jokes in his own style, I'd die laughing.

I have to agree that Lopez is absolutely terrible imo.

Conan > Ferguson > Leno > Letterman imo

I think what sucks for Conan is that it is hard to compare someone like Leno's ending ratings on the Tonight Show to Conan's in the first 7 months. When Leno first took over, his ratings were down and he was losing to the new competition of Letterman. Over time he picked up more of his own audience beyond some of the default audience that came along with the Tonight Show. When it comes to shows like this, people are hesitant when it comes to change. Even look at Conan's ratings over the years from the time he started to the end of Late Night.

I think Conan has done absolutely fine given we are only 7 months in. Plus, think of this, Leno wasn't having to compete with Carson going right before him. Sure, Leno isnt on at the same time as Conan, but don't you think some Leno fans would still tune in to Conan if Leno didn't have a show? Those who liked Leno already (generally a slightly older audience) might simply tune in for a similar kind of show to see Leno now anyways and not stay up later for Conan.

You ever see george lopez' sitcom? His son on the show has the most annoying hair.

I love his standup, never seen the show or the late night show, doesnt interest me.

Jimmy Kimmel was not shy about his feelings at all on Leno's show last night.

Kimmel has definitely grown on me over time. Ferguson too. Hell, Fallon is awkward, but he has his moments that make me smile. I'll watch just about any late night program if you can't tell.

I think that was the point. He wasn't doing it to be funny. He was trying to make a statement and let Leno know how shitty this all was.

have you seen leno try to act? It's horrible. on top of that why would they write something into the show that straight out make leno look like an asshole. Not funny haha you're a jerk like you and I do but straight up look like an asshole. it makes more sense that they didn't know that was going to happen to me.

because by sitting through it he can "take it in good fun" but if he were to cut him off a fellow NBC host that is "jabbing him" than he'd look like more of an ass.
