We have Cheerwine from the gun at the restaurant where I work now! It takes so much will power for me to drink water in my shifts.

From the gun? Is this bar speak for on tap? Or out of the fountain? Damn straight edge kids and their restaurant jargon.

Sorry, but I can't stand Cheerwine. Didn't grow up with it since I lived in South Carolina for 11 years before coming to NC.

    It sucks.
  3.
    No, you suck.

We have it in the fountain at work. I get Gatorade everyday and it's right next to the Cheerwine. So tempting.

Well "on tap" implies that it comes from a keg. And yeah, it's basically the same as a fountain. But yeah, DELICIOUS. We have Sundrop too. And freaking Daiya cheese for our pizza coming soooon (we have it for me NOW, which is what's really important).

    What is Arts For Life?
Sorry to hear that a place you wanted to work wont work out due to your current schedule, that blows man. But maybe it'll work out for the best in the long run.
I had a similar thing, had spoke to a guy about a job but he wanted to meet at a certain time and I said I couldnt do it. So I never was able to speak with him, never hired on. A few months later I interviewed for the place Im at now and Im super happy.

Keep your head up, maybe its all going to work out great.

Garrett, it's for a volunteer service. I spoke with him yesterday. They have a strict rule about coming to interviews and an orientation but both are in the middle of the day preventing people with regular jobs from helping.

420 being the dumbest people made holiday ever. I'm not hating on people who smoke weed or anything. I just think it's dumb to name a specific day as an appreciation holiday to something they do on a regular bassis.

It's not like it was a day made specifically for that. The 4:20 thing was created in the 70s as a time of day to smoke then it just so happened that, oh hey, April 20th is also 420!

Phil, I habitually smoke weed and I hate this holiday, along with bob marley anything, sublime posters, hemp jewelry, shitty dreads on college kids, and the grateful dead. Either smoke weed or don't, and shut up either way

found out that my wife's grandparents are taking all of the great-grandkids down to the beach this summer.. except for my kid. again.. the kicker is that they even take a kid down that is of no relation to them and have been for years. my wife doesn't want me to ask why my son isn't going because she thinks i will just start trouble. in other words she wants me to to think of her grandfather as an asshole and not know his reasoning behind this.

edit; and that kid of no relation beats up girls and steals money from his mom.

hey man, in all seriousness, talk to your wife some more about this. it will end up being a point of contention down the road. better to discuss it with the grandparents in an attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt. If I was in your shoes I would speak with them about it for sure.

    I agree with Aaron.
Does your kid know they go without him? His feelings are probably hurt. Is your kid a troublemaker?

tara, you met my kid. did he seem like a trouble maker? he wanted you to come over to play mario kart wii (you can't be toad!) and he even gave you a hug when he saw you at pac sun.
creep, I KNOW! my kid is such a total badass. a 5 year old urinating in the grass during play time! send the national guards!

Was supposed to be going to philly for ExC sunday. Asked my boss if I could take off Monday. He said no dice and that I needed to make sure I came in on time because the only other person in the office has off monday and I need to do his job too.
