    some things the last few weeks that have been making me happy are the fact i'm enjoying my job, meeting and hanging out with new people, riding bicycles with my friends, working on new designs and mini oreos with a glass of milk

    hey speaking of which... a group of friends and i are planning on riding bicycles in burlington this upcoming sunday night around 8. if any of you would like to hang out and ride some bikes let me know.

    on a similar note, i have finally developed a taste for cell tech, it no longer makes me want to vomit everywhere.

    have you started lifting garrett?

    i just joined the y in an attempt to get unflabby, hopefully i can stick to it. im thinking i might take yoga too, since its included in the membership. i just dont know how i feel about looking at old ladies in spandex all morning...


    i might pop a tent in my gym shorts :/

    where are you gym-ing at? i'm going to have to find a new place to get my grunt on here in WS when i get moved into my house over on Brookstown.

    There's a Y nearby, but i'm considering other private gyms if the price point is reasonable.

    they also do that for students. I think it's pretty cool. The one in ragsdale charges like $55 for a regular membership. that blows...

    i go to a place in lexington, paid for a year up front at 15 bucks a month including all extra charges (sign up fee BS)
    yeah, i usually (USUALLY) do 30-40 of lifting and about the same of cardio.
    last night i did not. about 30 lifting/weights and 5 cardio, thoughti was going to vomit.

    granola at whole foods. real rad.
    thai - not so rad.

This race was decided on the tree again; we both had really lousy lights but I got the advantage and the win. He told me earlier that he never made it this far before. Great job, Mr. Owens!
