To whomever this "tolly" person is. You are not funny. Making light of someones death is not funny. I was at the funeral and saw his lifeless body laying in the casket. I saw his family grieving. I knew Casey. He was a cool guy and he has lots of friends and family who don't need jerks like you making light of his death. If I knew who you were, I would slap you. You are a punk.

Whether it be an immediate family member, something we saw on the news or as entertainment. After talking with his brother and seeing him laying there dead, it really made me think about a lot of things. One of those things being respect for life and death, and of course the people involved or severly affected. Have some respect.
I don't believe sense than to say those things and also more remorse. While I do not make excuses for a drunk driver... I do understand that drinking alcohol impairs your judgement so much....Tolly prob THOUGHT he was okay, because that's the effect alcohol, has on you...and I am sure he never intended to kill anyone. That's the tragedy here...so sad for Casey, his life is gone, and so is Tolly's....because of freaking alcohol! Everyone, if you want to drink, please stay home and do it!!!

to the person who is pretending to be Tolly...I am so tired of you insulting my intelligence, Tolly is an educated man with a good lawyer...no way would he be making these statements on here with a court date looming. You must be 11 years old, or have the mentality of an 11 year old...or think that we do.

a full confession. i am not ,as some of you more astute readers have deciphered using logic, the real tolly carr. i was just having a little twisted fun by yanking some of your chains. to the ones i have made smile or even laugh to you i say your welcome. to the ones who have supported to me or tried to be a voice of reason to the hysterical ones i say thank you. lastly to the ones who got irritated or upset because i was making light of death...relax. this world is full of rapists, killers, thieves and liars. disease has affected everyone or least someone we all know and love. tragic accidents and unexpected events happen all the time. not to mention all the natural disasters that occurr around the globe. life is too short to not be able to make light of someone's demise. remember we're all going to come to an end someday. i hate that casey died and that the real tolly threw away his career and possibly his freedom. and yes if i was friends with either tolly or casey or their families then i too would have been upset at the previous "tolly" entries. but i am not so therefore it does not bother me. i am not a cold callous person but just someone with a twisted sense of humor. i was not so much making light of casey's death as i was at tolly's stupid mistake. here's a well educated, professional and well respected young man that done something fatally irresponsible. tolly is only a couple of years older than me. i know we both grew up hearing the dangers of drinking and driving. yet he does it anyway. unfortunately casey paid for tolly's crime. i believe that if tolly is found guilty then he should get at least 25 years in prison. to everyone that has read my entries... smile now because someday you might get ran over by a famous news reporter and some assinine jerkoff with an 11 year old mentality will be posting jokes at your expense on the internet. also...i hereby give permission to everyone to make fun of me at and after the time of my death. i promise i won't get upset if i hear about it where ever i wind up at.
