:arrow: [i]Russia May Allow 14 year olds To Marry but Not Sex
Russia's parliament The Duma is considering a bill which would allow localities to approve marriages amongst teenagers between the ages of 14 and 16. "Special circumstances" would determine who could marry and who couldn't.
The only problem is that a similar bill is being considered which will raise the age of consent from age 14 up to age 16. This law is part of an effort to combat sexual slavery and child pornography.
If both bills pass, 14 year olds will marry but will not be allowed to have sex. When compared to Western countries, Russians marry at younger ages. Russians are also known to divorce more frequently too and the divorce rate is estimated at 65%.

yeah... i know when i was 14 i thought about getin married all the time...maybe its a russian thing but marrage without sex sounds kinda crapy.. but thats just me
